Hot Night, Summer in the City
Film Students and future movie moguls Michael Healey and Kelly Goeller (IFC award-winning ‘We Might Fall’ animation video) directed a video of a new song called “You and Me” a few weeks back. They are currently finishing it up, so stay tuned.
It required us to be driving in a convertible in the heart of winter. It was 24 degrees that night and we were moving at around 35 mph through the late night streets of Times Square. How is that for wind chill? I had my snowboard gear on under my clothes. Even the toe warmers froze up. The shoot ended early on account of a hail storm that came down.
The rental car was returned with ice and snow all over the seats. Always take the insurance!

Haha is that a red mustang? Driving with style
and snow…
Kinda funny but i read 24 degrees and thought… what the hell is he on about thats warm… then i realised… america is the only, or one of the only countries that doesnt use celcius
or the metric system.

Awwww…. The things you do for your fans ;).
Two of my favorite things in one video; you and a Mustang. I couldn’t be happier!

Just walking in 24 degree weather is enough to freeze your face off, can’t imagine driving in a convertable. You look good though, even riding around frozen during winter
Looking forward to seeing the finished product!

Can’t can’t can’t wait for either the new songs or the new video - it will be great if the one for We Might Fall is anything to go by. Glad you didn’t freeze any important bits off.

You look very, very cold. Stone looks like he’s having a blast though. Love the ski goggles!
Can’t wait to see the finished product!
Ryan Star: neither cold, nor hail, nor dead of night will keep him from making something cool happen!

Insurance is always good.
If you lived in California, you would not have that problem with being cold.
Can’t wait to see it!
